Tippy333 Loses a Flip

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

"Wow, insta call. Well, if you know it is coming, it makes sense," Tippy333 said. In a coin flip and battle of the nick names, "Kater Carlo" doubled up through him after calling off his remaining stack of 12,925 before the flop with {10-Spades}{9-Spades}. Tippy333 was ahead with {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}, but the board ran out {A-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} to give his opponent trips tens.

Oganesian busts Kater Carlo

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

On the three-way flop of {8-Clubs}{8-Spades}{7-Spades}, the action checked around to Bartel Kars on the button and he bet 2,650. Ashot Oganesian then check-raised all in for more than 20,000 and Kater Carlo in the cutoff called all in for less. Kars gave it some thought and folded to see both opponents turn over their cards.

Oganesian: {A-Spades}{J-Spades}
Kater Carlo: {K-Spades}{K-Clubs}

The {2-Spades} on the turn instantly completed the nut flush for Oganesian, and the blank {7-Clubs} river changed nothing anymore to eliminate Kater Carlo.

Tippy333 Eliminated by Bartel Kars

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

Bartel Kars

Former big stack Tippy333 has been eliminated after plenty of action on his table. Before his last hand, he was down to around 22,000 chips and got into a three-way pot to the {9-Clubs}{6-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{2-Spades} turn. With around 9,000 in the middle, Bartel Kars bet 6,000 and the player from one seat over called.

Tippy333 then moved all in for around 20,000 and Kars said in table chat "you either have seven-eight or nothing. Okay, I am all in," Kars then added and his table neighbor also quickly moved all in with the biggest stack of the three, showing {Q-Spades}{9-Spades}.

"Oh wow, I didn't expect that," Kars said and showed {A-Hearts}{6-Hearts} while Tippy333 had some outs with {K-Spades}{8-Spades}. The {6-Diamonds} river improved Kars to trips sixes and he doubled through the third player in the hand for 25,150, while Tippy333 hit the rail.

Langrock Rides the Roller Coaster; Kilic Short

Level 5 : 200/400, 50 ante

"I was already down to 10,000, now back up," Sebastian Langrock mentioned and then limped in from the button. Arnost Kopecky in the small blind called and Serok Kilic checked with his short stack out of the big blind.

On the {J-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{8-Hearts} flop, Kopecki bet 1,000 and Kilic called, Langrock folded. Both remaining players then checked the {K-Clubs} turn and Kopecky won the pot by betting the {5-Spades} river, as Kilic folded.

Kilic Doubles Through Rakeťák; Busts Soon After and Reenters

Level 5 : 200/400, 50 ante
Serok Kilic
Serok Kilic

Serok Kilic open-shoved his short stack from the button and big stack Rakeťák in the big blind called rather quickly.

Kilic: {K-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Rakeťák: {10-Clubs}{9-Spades}

The flop came {K-Clubs}{J-Clubs}{J-Diamonds} and Kilic paired his king while Rakeťák found a gutshot. Nothing changed on the {7-Spades} turn and the {10-Diamonds} river kept Kilic in the lead.

Back to less than half the starting stack, Kilic then lost with pocket eights versus {10-}{3-} and reentered immediately.

Four New Faces

Level 5 : 200/400, 50 ante

Among those to join the action after the first break were Scott Hanna, Marek Blasko, Alex Rettenbacher and Ronny Voth. Except for Hanna, who mostly plays in the Czech Republic but is born in the United States, most others are seen regularly in Austria and some stops of the European Poker Tour.
