Asked why so many Lithunanian made it to Rozvadov, Vaitiekünas said the following: "I was in my Sunday session and friends told me to play the Satellites on TonyBet, because there was so much overlay. I won the first step, then got into the next one and the Super Satellite had five packages guaranteed. Only two won the package, but we came over here with eight, because you got the nice hotel room included. And well, you know, Lithuanians love poker." Vaitiekünas will be back for Day 2 on Sunday after bagging up 91,000.

Curtis Millinghton was also among today's participants and he is hailing from the UK, but currently works in Prague and noticed the event on social media. "I actually saw it on the PokerNews Twitter. It seemed really nice and the affordable buy-in with such a guarantee is great. I play quite a bit of poker anyways and stay until Monday." Millinghton didn't bag in the Main Event, but headed straight to the €90+€10 Ticket & Ca$h Side Event that attracted a total of 190 entries.
