Friedrich Pfalzer Cracks Two Higher Pockets

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Friedrich Pfalzer raised to 7,000 and the cutoff shoved for 48,000. The small blind also moved all in for around 37,000 and Pfalzer asked for the counts before calling it off with pocket jacks. The cutoff had queens and the small blind held aces.

However, luck was in Pfalzer's favor as the {J-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{4-Spades} board gave him a winning set to bust two opponents. One of them was shortly after replaced by Martin Kabrhel.

Michal Mrakes Takes one Down

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Markus Mell raised to 2,700 and Michal Mrakes called, as did both players in the blinds. All players checked the {Q-Spades}{J-Hearts}{3-Clubs} flop. On the {8-Clubs} turn, the action checked to Mrakes and he bet 4,200. The small blind called, the big blind folded and Mell called also.

After the {K-Clubs} river, both opponents again checked to Mrakes and he bet 16,500. That proved to be enough and he scooped the pot.

Sascha Weiss Becomes a Big Stack

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

In a battle of the blinds, a big pot emerged until the {J-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{Q-Hearts} turn and Sascha Weiss bet 22,000 out of the small blind. His opponent from one seat over called and the {3-Clubs} river completed the board. Weiss instantly shoved and the big blind took less than half a minute to announce the call.

Weiss rolled over {K-Clubs}{5-Clubs} and the opponent shook his head, revealing {Q-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} for the inferior flush. Weiss doubled for 41,200 and joined the big stacks on Day 1c.

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

According to Tippy333, he raised and picked up one caller to see a flop of {10-Diamonds}{10-}{7-} with flush draw. The continuation bet of him was check-called and his opponent had around 20,000 behind when the {J-Diamonds} fell on the turn. Tippy333 pushed with {7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and his opponent called with {10-}{9-} for trips.

Thomas Zurek and Karol Radomski back in Action

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Thomas Zurek and Karol Radomski were eliminated on Day 1b and have joined the competition again for Day 1c. They share the same table, number one to be exact, and there was just a limped pot that involved Radomski.

The player under the gun limped, as did Aslan Kalmaz on the button. Radomski filled up and the big blind checked. On the {K-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{2-Spades} flop, Radomski bet 1,300 and just Kalmaz called. Both checked the {Q-Clubs} turn and Radomski then check-folded the {Q-Diamonds} river to a bet of 4,000.
