Tezer Cetindag Doubles and Triples Up

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

First Tezer Cetindag won a flip with {7-Diamonds}{7-Spades} against the ace-queen of Gilbert Asmowidjojo on a board of {J-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{K-Spades} and was soon after all in again, this time for 162,000.

Francisco Arce on the button and Marco Antonio Natalino in the small blind were also all in with Arce being the biggest stack.

Cetindag: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Spades}
Natalino: {J-Spades}{J-Clubs}
Arce: {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}

The board ran out {8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} and Cetindag tripled whereas Natalino doubled through Arce for 200,000 after having paid off Cetindag.

Two Slovakians Down

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

As expected, many short stacks took their luck in the new level. Among them were the two Slovakians Roman Lakatoš and Andrej Dikos. Lakatoš lost with {Q-}{J-} against {A-}{Q-} and Dikos was unable to improve in a flip with {Q-}{10-} against pocket fours.

Andreas Thomas Gondrom is the Bubble Boy

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Sandro Pitzanti
Sandro Pitzanti

Tippy333 raised and Andreas Thomas Gondrom got his short stack into the middle of the table from one seat over. Sandro Pitzanti called and so did Tippy333.

The Dane then bet three barrels on the board of {10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{9-Spades} and Pitzanti called down for a far bigger side pot. In the showdown, Gondrom flashed {4-Clubs}{4-Spades} and Tippy333 had that beat with {9-Hearts}{5-Hearts} to ensure the burst of the bubble. However, it was Pitzanti who won the entire pot with {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} for a pair of aces.

Ričardas Vymeris With a Great Call

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

On the heads-up turn of {Q-Spades}{10-Spades}{5-Spades}{2-Hearts}, Timur Caglan bet 100,000 and Ričardas Vymeris calls before the {J-Spades} river completed the board.

Caglan again bet 100,000 from late position and Vymeris gave it some thought on the button with 152,000 left. He called and Caglan mucked, tapped the table in defeat. Vymeris showed him the {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} and the other players at the table acknowledged a great call.

Holger Bansner Eliminated

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

The stone-cold money bubble has been reached with the elimination of Holger Bansner. He was all in for very few chips in a battle of the blinds and Hollywood looked him up out of the small blind with {A-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}. Bansner only had {5-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} with the flop showing {10-Clubs}{7-Spades}{4-Spades} and neither the {Q-Spades} turn nor the {6-Hearts} river changed anything.

As a result, the field has been reduced to the last 104 and the money bubble is now taking place.

Sladan Babic Doubles

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

The board was showing {J-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{A-Clubs} and short stack Sladan Babic had been all in from the cutoff before the flop. The big blind isolated on the turn to get another player out of the hand and they waited until all tables were done with their action.

Babic then turned over {J-Hearts}{J-Spades} for a set, his opponent only had {A-Diamonds}{7-Spades} and the {3-Clubs} river was a formality. Babic joked "see you on the final table."

Two Double Ups

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Andrej Dikos was all in for only 26,000 out of the big blind and Timur Caglan looked him up out of the small blind.

Dikos: {10-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}
Caglan: {K-Diamonds}{9-Spades}

The board ran out {8-Clubs}{5-Spades}{4-Spades}{8-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} and Dikos doubled.

On another table, Tippy333 jammed the {Q-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{7-Spades}{8-Spades}{J-Diamonds} river with a pot of around 100,000. JENNY called all in for his last 98,000 with {10-Hearts}{10-Spades} and Tippy333 mucked the {K-Spades}{J-Clubs}. One hand later, Tetyana Chernysheva moved all in and stole the blinds and antes. Still 105 left!

Much Drama About Nothing

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Reinhard Foidl moved all in for around 120,000 and Christian Sperrer called from one seat over. All other tables finished their action and the cards were turned over.

Foidl: {A-Clubs}{A-Spades}
Sperrer: {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}

"Black cards please!" Foidl demanded, but he was also happy with the board of {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}.
