Jewett Takes Two in a Row; King Folds out Cai

Matthew Jewett opened to 1,100 from the hijack and was called by the cutoff. Jessica Cai then three-bet to 5,100 from the button. only Jewett called.

The 10♣9♥3♥ flop checked through to the 4♥ turn. Jewett took a peek at his cards before checking to Cai. The latter then took a look at her cards before firing out 4,000. Jewett called.

The 10♦ completed the board and Jewett led out for 6,000. After some thinking time, Cai called.

Jewett tabled his 8♣8♠ and Cai mucked.

The following hand, Jewett made it 1,100 and was called by Nikoo Razavi and Sam King from the button and the small blind. The big blind also tagged along.

Jewett bet 1,700 on the 9♠6♥3♠ flop and took down the pot.

Cai then got involved briefly on the next hand, she opened 1,200 from the button and quickly folded when King clicked it to 4,000.
