Hendrik Latz Eliminated

Level 21 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante
Hendrik Latz
Hendrik Latz

Down to 281,000, Hendrik Latz shoved all in under the gun plus one. Action folded to Rex Clinkscales in the small blind and he asked for an exact count. Upon finding out how much it was, he called.

"I guess these are no good" Michael Vela said as he mucked {8-Spades}{8-Clubs} from the big blind.

Hendrik Latz: {K-Hearts}{J-Hearts}
Rex Clinkscales: {A-Spades}{J-Diamonds}

The {3-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} flop gave Latz some new outs but he wouldn't hit any of them with the {6-Diamonds} on the turn and {2-Spades} on the river. Down to 25 players, if one more players gets eliminated the remaining players are redrawing. The players are guaranteed to make $19,000.

Action folded around to Cliff Josephy in the cutoff and he raised to 35,000. Michael Bartholomew was in the big blind and decided to defend.

The turn was the {7-Spades} and Bartholomew led out for 38,000. Josephy called.

The river was the {9-Spades}. Bartholomew led out again, this time for 90,000. Josephy went into the tank and after about a minute he called.

Michael Gentili Doubles Through Scott Stewart

Level 21 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Michael Gentili moved all in from under the gun for his last 176,000 chips. Rex Clinkscales was in early position and contemplated a call, asking for a count and clearly weighing his options but he opted to fold.

Scott Stewart was in the small blind and called.

Gentili: {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}
Stewart: {a-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}

The flop came {10-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades}, with the ten coming right in the window, giving Stewart the lead with a pair of tens. Gentili sat back with no expression on his face as the {k-Clubs} came on the turn. Gentili was ahead to the river and the {k-Spades} peeled off to give Gentili trip kings and the double up to stay alive.

Twitch Star Jaime Staples Eliminated

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Jaime Staples
Jaime Staples

Jaime Staples got his last 134,000 in the middle with {K-Spades}{Q-Hearts} from the small blind up against Allon Allison on the button with {A-Hearts}{7-Spades}.

Staples was still hopeful but the {A-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{3-Spades} flop wasn't the best start for the PokerStars Team Pro Online and he was drawing dead after the {7-Hearts} hit the turn. The {4-Spades} completed the board and Staples hit the rail.

Michael Bartholomew Doubles Through Cliff Josephy

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Cliff Josephy recently eliminated a player and was right back in the action a few hands later.

Michael Bartholomew got his last 369,000 chips all in before the flop and was snap-called by Josephy.

Bartholomew: {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Josephy: {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}

The flop came {j-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}, which looked safe for Bartholomew so far.

The turn was the {q-Spades} and Bartholomew pulled way ahead with a set of queens. Josephy needed to hit a ten on the river to make Broadway or Bartholomew was going to get the double up.

The turn was the {8-Hearts} and Bartholomew scooped the pot.
