Watson Doubles Through Barer

Level 11 : 1,200/2,400, 0 ante

Mike Watson got in what looked like a four-bet to 78,000 preflop and received a call from Ami Barer in the big blind. The flop came {7-Hearts}{2-Spades}{9-Diamonds} and Barer checked. Watson put in his last 23,800, and Barer quickly called.

Barer: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}{j-Spades}{10-Clubs}
Watson: {a-Hearts}{a-Spades}{7-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}

The turn was a {q-Hearts}, one of the worst cards for Watson as Barer picked up a wrap. A {5-Spades} river was safe for "SirWatts" though.

At the same table, Luc Greenwood's seat is now vacant.

Murad Akhundov just tripled up his last 13,600, while Sam Greenwood and Ami Barer built a side pot for over 80,000. Barer potted a {4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} flop and Greenwood folded. Barer tabled {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{6-}{7-}, while Akhundov had {k-}{j-}{10-}{9-} and turned an offsuit jack for a double.

Uskov Holds for a Triple

Level 10 : 1,000/2,000, 0 ante

Alexander Uskov was all in from the small blind for 43,000 when we got to his table. The flop was already out: {4-Clubs}{8-Spades}{j-Spades}. Imad Derwiche had enough in there to call, but Dominykas Karmazinas had put him all in for 83,000 more. Derwiche seemed pained but decided to call after a couple of minutes of thought.

Karmazinas: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}
Uskov: {8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{6-Spades}{5-Spades}
Derwiche: {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}

The turn was a {2-Diamonds} and the river a {j-Hearts}. Uskov tripled up with his full house, and Karmazinas busted Derwiche in the side pot with trip jacks.

Figueroa, Dayan Out

Level 10 : 1,000/2,000, 0 ante
David Dayan
David Dayan

George Wolff may have taken all of David Dayan's chips, as he had well over 300,000 before the following hand occurred. We do know he got the last of them, getting 17,000 in preflop against Dayan and then calling the last 4,600 or so on a {5-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{3-Spades} flop.

Wolff: {j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{6-Spades}
Dayan: {q-Hearts}{10-Spades}{4-Spades}{4-Hearts}

Wolff turned a six and busted his opponent.

Sebastian Ruiz Figueroa also busted at a different table. Like Dayan, he used both allotted bullets, so he's finished for this event.

Ami Barer is a recent entry.
