Hands #6-9: Kolkowicz Makes a Boat

Level 28 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Hand #6: Diego Zeiter opened to 180,000 first to act with {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}. Michael Kolkowicz called in the cutoff, and the two saw a {7-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} flop. Check-check on the flop, and Kolkowicz turned top pair with the {q-Diamonds}. He bet 235,000 and took it down.

Hand #7: Andrey Bondar raised to 285,000 on the button with {a-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}. Andreas Klatt called with {a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}. Zeiter woke up with {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds} and shoved all in for 1,540,000. That was enough to convince Bondar and Klatt to muck.

Hand #8: It was Bondar's turn to pick up {a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}, and he raised it up to 190,000. Raffaele Sorrentino defended the big blind with {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}. The flop came {10-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{k-Spades}. Action checked through and a {10-Spades} fell. Both players checked again, and a {4-Hearts} fell. Sorrentino bet 280,000 and swept up the pot as Bondar folded fairly quickly.

Hand #9: Sorrentino completed with {8-Clubs}{2-Clubs}, and Kolkowicz checked his option with {j-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}. The {j-Hearts}{j-Spades}{a-Hearts} flop prompted a bet from Sorrentino, 85,000. Kolkowicz called. The turn was a {k-Hearts}, and Sorrentino fired again, for 140,000. Again, Kolkowicz called. The {5-Clubs} filled Kolkowicz up, and Sorrentino finally checked. Kolkowicz bet 385,000 and won the pot, showing his cards afterwards.
