Zeiter Eliminates Castaignon

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Remi Castaignon
Remi Castaignon

Diego Zeiter bet 77,000 in a blinds battle with Remi Castaignon on a board of {9-Spades}{4-Spades}{a-Clubs}{3-Clubs}. Castaignon pushed all of his chips in, which looked to be 250,000. Zeiter double-checked his cards and immediately called.

Zeiter: {a-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}
Castaignon: {4-Clubs}{2-Clubs}

Castaignon had a pair and a flush draw to go with a straight draw. He improved on the river, but the {2-Spades} only gave him lower two pair, not enough.

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Vicente Delgado
Vicente Delgado

Vicente Delgado opened early to 30,000 and called a three-bet to 80,000 from Moritz Dietrich, who had the button. Both players checked down a {q-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{8-Clubs} runout until Delgado announced he was all in on the river. It was well over twice the size of the pot. Dietrich smiled and folded without delay.

Coulier Keeps Calling

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Hossein Ensan opened the hijack for 26,000 and his neighbor Arne Coulier called from the cutoff.

Ensan fired 33,000 on the {10-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds} flop and 63,000 on the {8-Spades} turn. Coulier called both streets and checked behind once Ensan checked on the {5-Hearts} river.

Ensan showed {6-Spades}{9-Spades}, Coulier took it down with {A-Clubs}{J-Clubs}.

Kolkowicz Wins Some

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Paul-Francois Tedeschi was first to act and opened with a raise. Cutoff Michael Kolkowicz three-bet to 73,000 and Tedeschi called.

Tedeschi check-called a bet of 60,000 on {J-Hearts}{3-Spades}{A-Diamonds} before they both checked the {2-Spades} on the turn and {6-Diamonds} on the river. Tedeschi showed {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts} and appeared hopeful of taking down the pot, but Kolkowicz tabled {A-Spades}{K-Hearts} and took it down.

Kolkowicz Wins Raising War

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

After an early open and a call from Paul Tedeschi, Michael Kolkowicz made it 68,000 to go in the small blind. Only Tedeschi called, and the two saw an {a-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{6-Clubs} flop. Kolkowicz bet out small, 43,000. Tedeschi put in a raise to 143,000, and Kolkowicz responded with his own raise to 320,000. Tedeschi counted his stack and then shook his head and mucked.

"Aces?" he asked.

Kolkowicz just smiled.

Huber Doubles Loeser

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Stefan Huber started out strong today, but the current level hasn't been too kind to him. He lost a pot with ace-queen to ace-king, and just now he doubled his neighbor Manig Loeser.

Loeser shoved under the gun for 99,000. Action folded to Huber in the big blind and he snap called.

Stefan Huber: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Spades}
Manig Loeser: {A-Clubs}{8-Clubs}

The board ran out {A-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{7-Spades}{10-Hearts}{K-Clubs} and Loeser doubled.

Huber Doubles Bondar

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

We picked up the action on the flop as Andrey Bondar checked from the big blind on {K-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{2-Spades}. Stefan Huber bet 18,000 and Bondar called.

Both players checked the {4-Spades} on the turn before the {5-Spades} completed the board. Bondar lead out for 44,000 and called Huber's shove for 189,000 total.

Huber showed {A-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} for the backdoor straight but was beat by the {8-Spades}{Q-Spades} of Bondar.
