Sow Finds another Premium; Sapiano Loses One

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Kalidou Sow has been graced with quite a few big pocket pairs and busted an opponent with pocket kings versus {A-}{9-} to arrive at the table of Emrah Cakmak with a ton of chips. The next premium would await when he check-called a bet of 3,000 on the {A-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} turn before the {5-Spades} river went check, check.

Sow showed {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds}, but this time it was no good - his opponent had {A-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} for aces and tens.

Albert Sapiano also just suffered a setback and was cut back down to twice the starting stack. He bet the {A-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} turn for 11,500 and an opponent shoved for just 17,600. Sapiano called the few chips more with {A-Spades}{6-Hearts} and was shown {A-Hearts}{4-Hearts}. The {J-Diamonds} river blanked and Sapiano added "I almost passed."

According to the screens, there are 110 players remaining, all in the main tournament area.
