Welcome to Day 1 of Event #60: $300 Main Event, $150K Gtd in the Michigan Championship of Online Poker (MICOOP). Players from all over Michigan are expected to play for the $150,000 guarantee in today's main event on PokerStars.

The 2021 MICOOP wraps up this week after offering 68 events with over $1.5 million in guarantees. Corey “Corgasm231” Paggeot made his mark in the final week of action when he beat a 119-entry field to win Event #53: $200 NLHE [6-Max, Turbo, Deepstack], $20K GTD on Friday. It was Paggeot's second win of the week after taking down the Event #49: $250 NLHE Thursday Thrill PKO SE Championship Trophy Event, $40K GTD on Thursday.

Cards will go in the air for today’s event at 6 p.m. ET and Day 1 will play until 1:30 a.m. ET. Day 2 will continue on Monday September 27 at 6 p.m. ET.

Players will start with 100,000 in tournament chips and 15-minute levels will kick off with blinds at 250/500 with an ante of 50. Players can use up to five re-entries before late registration ends after the first four hours and 20 minutes of play.
