Final Payouts for the NJCOOP Main Event

The Main Event drew a crowd of 422 players, just missing the prizepool guarantee. As a result, Pokerstars New Jersey will be kicking in just under $3,500 to cover the guarantee. The final 62 will lock up at least $649.15, and all of them will be hoping to earn the first place prize of $22,444.80. Check out the full breakdown of the payouts in the picture here, or the payouts tab.

Double Up For "KnowClue"

Blinds: 6,000/12,000

"KnowClue" started the action with a raise to 26,200, and in the small blind, "1st.p1ace" moved all in, having everyone easily covered. "KnowClue" made the call with {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}, and he was well out in front of the {a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} of "1st.p1ace." The board ran down {a-Spades}{8-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{j-Spades}{8-Hearts}, and the big slick would hold to give "KnowClue" the double.

Pillai Wins Million Chip Pot With Sixth Pair

Blinds: 6,000/12,000

"S_R732" raised to 26,400, and Shankar “Burgersssss” Pillai called next to act. "st0neydanza" reraised to 96,789, and both players called that raise. The flop of {9-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{5-Hearts} saw action check to "st0neydanza", who fired 106,110. Only Pillai would call, and the {4-Diamonds} hit the turn. Another check from Pillai saw "st0neydanza" bet out 239,664.

Pillai thought for a bit before calling, and both players would check the {10-Diamonds} river. Pillai could only muster up {3-Spades}{3-Diamonds}, but the underpair to the board was enough to defeat "st0neydanza."

Double Up For "Wsopboy1997"

Blinds: 7,000/14,000

After a raise on the button from "CrookedF00T", "Wsopboy1997" moved all in from the small blind for his final 150,000 and change with {7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}. "CrookedF00T" called to put him at risk with {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}. The sevens would hold on a board that was just ten high in the end, and he doubled up to nearly 320,000.

Million Chip Flip for "GameofEdges"

Blinds: 8,000/16,000

"GameofEdges" raised to 32,000 from under the gun, and "BabyRaizer" moved all in for his final 470,000. It folded back to "GameofEdges", who called, barely having "BabyRaizer" covered.

"GameofEdges": {a-Spades}{k-Spades}
"BabyRaizer": {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}

"GameofEdges" shot right out to the lead on the flop of {a-Clubs}{7-Spades}{3-Diamonds}, and he wouldn't let that lead go, as the board finished out {8-Spades} and {2-Diamonds}.

Ladies Secure a Double for "senor stinks"

Blinds: 8,000/16,000

Action folded around to "icecube2", and he moved all in, having the rest of the table covered. "senor stinks" was the biggest of those three stacks, and he called off his final 493,000 with {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}. He couldn't have been in much better shape, as "icecube2" showed {q-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}. The case queen came on the flop of {q-Clubs}{7-Spades}{2-Diamonds}, meaning that "icecube2" was left drawing dead.

Another Huge Pot For "GameofEdges"

Blinds: 10,000/20,000

"nittzoAo" moved all in for his final 110,000, and a few seats over, "GameofEdges" called. Action folded to the small blind, "angel zera", and he moved all in for 1.43 million. "GameofEdges" quickly called all in to create a pot of over 1.7 million chips.

"GameofEdges": {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}
"nittzoAo": {5-Clubs}{5-Spades}
"angel zera": {8-Spades}{8-Hearts}

The pocket kings would survive the {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} flop, the {2-Hearts} turn, and on the river, he caught an unneeded set with the {k-Spades}, pushing his stack up to 1.7 million.
