"DozerJD217" Eliminated Just Before Registration Closes

Level 15 : 600/1,200, 150 ante
"loxonbagel" Eliminated "DozerJD217" Just Before Registration Ends
"loxonbagel" Eliminated "DozerJD217" Just Before Registration Ends

"CentralSulcus" opened to 2,400 under the gun and "DozerD217" three-bet all in for 11,131 in the hijack. "loxonbagel" was on the button and "clicked it back", putting in a cold four-bet to the minimum amount of 19,862. The players in the blinds folded to put action back onto "CentralSulcus," who activated their time bank before opting to fold.

"DozerJD217": {k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
"loxonbagel": {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}

"DozerJD217" was in trouble after finding their king-queen up against pocket aces. A king came on board on a flop of {8-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{8-Hearts}, but the pair of eights that accompanied it left "DozerJD217" with just two kings left in the deck to stay alive. Neither would come as the turn {4-Spades} and river {5-Spades} completed the runout and they were eliminated from the tournament.

"J3tBL@ckP0pe" Dusts "dirtymike2323"

Level 15 : 600/1,200, 150 ante

"J3tBL@ckP0pe" raised to 2,700 under the gun and was called by "dirtymike2323" in early position and "PepeLePoquer" in middle position before action folded around to "HoggyZ" in the big blind, who also called.

The four players saw a flop of {5-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{7-Clubs} and "J3tBL@ckP0pe" made a continuation-bet of 9,042. "dirtymike2323" raised all in for 41,854 and action folded back to "J3tBL@ckP0pe," who made the call.

"dirtymike2323": {9-Clubs}{9-Spades}
"J3tBL@ckP0pe": {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

"J3tBL@ckP0pe" was ahead with their queens and needed to fade a nine, six, or running clubs. The turn {8-Spades} eliminated the backdoor flush outs, but there were still six outs left to earn "dirtymike2323" the double. However, none of them would come on the river {2-Spades} to result in "J3tBL@ckP0pe" holding to win the pot and the knockout.

A Ship Arrives at "Fort Matilda"

Level 14 : 500/1,000, 125 ante
"Fort Matilda" Doubles With Aces
"Fort Matilda" Doubles With Aces

"ACLV1" was in the hijack and raised to 3,000. "Fort Matilda" was next to act in the cutoff and three-bet to 8,000. Action folded back to "ACLV1," who called to bring a flop of {k-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{5-Hearts}. "ACLV1" shoved all in for the 25,000 effective that remained in "Fort Matilda's" stack, and a call was made.

"Fort Matilda": {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}
"ACLV1": {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}

Despite flopping top pair, top kicker, "ACLV1" was in bad shape due to the two aces that "Fort Matilda" held. A sweat ensued on the turn {8-Clubs} ad "ACLV1" picked up the nut flush draw, but the river {4-Hearts} was safe for "Fort Matilda" and the pot was shipped their way.

"Heart Tree" Makes the Right River Call

"Heart Tree" raised to 2,500 under the gun and was called by "S_R732," who was on the button. The two saw a flop of {k-Spades}{5-Clubs}{2-Clubs} and both players checked.

The turn came {9-Spades} and "Heart Tree" checked again. "S_R732" bet 4,575 and "Heart Tree" called, bringing the river {6-Hearts}. "Heart Tree" checked one final time and "S_R732" went all in for 16,835 into a pot of 16,650. "Heart Tree" thought for a few moments and then clicked the call button.

"S_R732": {q-Clubs}{j-Spades}
"Heart Tree": {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}

"S_R732" found their bluff had been picked off and all of their chips went to "Heart Tree," whose correct call with two queens earned them the pot to take their stack over 67,000 early in Level 14.
