Wiggins Hits the Rail
Level 14
: Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Michael Hager raised to 6,500 in middle position, Alexander Wiggins flatted in the hijack, and Roy Kim three-bet to 22,500 in the big blind. Hager folded, Wiggins moved all in for 50,000 or so, and Kim called.
Alexander Wiggins: 9♥9♣
Roy Kim: A♠10♠
Wiggins was still in the lead on the 2♠2♣Q♠ flop, but Kim picked up additional outs with the nuts flush draw.
Kim got there on the 4♠ turn and the 5♦ river offered no help to Wiggins who was sent packing early on Day 2.
