Matthias Van Der Perre was all-in for 157,000 and at risk against Julian Bartholmes.
Matthias Van Der Perre: A♣K♣
Julian Bartholmes: A♠Q♥
Van Der Perre had Bartholmes pipped, and his kicker played on the A♦2♥2♣5♦3♦ runout.
With around 100,000 in the middle on a board of Q♦J♥9♥3♦, Sarah Cheval checked from the small blind, a player fired out a bet of 32,000 from middle position, before Marcus Keimer raised to 95,000 from the button.
Cheval spent an age in the tank, and cold-called, and the middle position player folded.
The 4♣ hit on the river, and Cheval jammed for 140,000, and Keimer snapped.
Cheval tabled J♦10♥ for second pair, missing her up and down, and Keimer had bottom set with 3♠3♣.
Matthieu Ferron was getting up out of his chair looking forlorn, and his roughly 120,000 remaining stack was being passed to Yves Thalmann.
Matthieu Ferron had turned the nut flush with A♣K♣ on Q♣7♦4♣7♣6♦, but Thalmann had 7♠6♠ for the rivered full house.
With at least 170,000 in the middle on a completed board of Q♣6♥4♠10♥6♣, in a cutoff versus button scenario between Rohan Oberoi and Wouter Van Efferen, Oberoi checked to his opponent, who confidently slid out a bet of 120,000.
Almost before the chips were in the middle, a single calling chip was in front of Oberoi, who mucked just as quickly when Van Efferen tabled K♥K♣ for the overpair.
As he counted out his bill, Oberoi tapped the table to his opponent.
In a button versus big blind spot, around 160,000 had made its way into the middle on a board of A♦Q♦6♥K♥J♣, in a hand between Luke Nieuwenhuis and Koen De Visscher.
De Visscher led out with a bet of of 85,000, and Nieuwenhuis called after a brief spell in the tank.
De Visscher tabled 8♦6♦ for bottom pair, having missed his flopped flush draw, and Nieuwenhuis had Q♥Q♣ for a set of queens.

At the last European Poker Tour stop in Monte Carlo in May, Conor O'Driscoll had a trip to remember. The Irishman picked up not one, but two trophies, triumphing in the €1,100 NLH event, and the €2,100 Hyper Turbo, for almost €100,000.
Today, June 5, O'Driscoll will return to Circus Casino Resort aiming to make a run at a third PokerStars trophy in short order, as he returns for Day 3 of the 2026 PokerStars Open Namur Main Event on 141,000 and sitting 117th of 133 qualifiers, chasing chip leader Lulei Hu of Italy (1,050,000). Although he has some work to do to move to the top of the standings, few would count him out given his stellar form.
The tournament attracted a total of 1,572 entries by the time the gates closed, creating a huge €1,491,828 prize pool, well in excess of the €1 million guarantee, and the life-changing sum of €220,800 awaits the champion.
Hu leads from Isaac Kawa of Belgium (1,019,000) and Italian Dario Quattrucci (1,013,000), with Dutch dangerman Tobias Peters (761,000) lurking in the top ten.
Hu has racked up over $1.5 million in cashes over an eight-year career to move into the top 300 in the Global Poker Index world rankings, and finished third in the PokerStars Open Paris Main Event in February this year for €247,310.
| Rank | Player | Country | Chip Count | Big Blinds |

| 1 | Lulei Hu | Italy | 1,050,000 | 175 |
| 2 | Isaac Kawa | Belgium | 1,019,000 | 169 |

There are plenty of quality players still in the hunt for the title, after Peters' fellow bracelet winners Helmut Phung (170,000) and Manig Loeser (129,000), also an EPT champ, both found bags, while Wuai-Cheng Tsang has over $310,000 in recorded earnings and is also in the top ten.
Unfortunately no PokerStars ambassadors remain, as Felix Schneider and Julien Brecard both secured a cash, but failed to make the Day 3 cut.
The remaining prizes the players are competing for are as follows:-
