Sound Flop for Brito Turns into a Pot

Level 5 : 600/1,200, 150 ante

Gilles "TaxationIsTheft" Simon completed the small blind and Pablo "pabritz" Brito bumped it up to 4,800 from the big. Simon called and the {k-Spades}{q-Clubs}{10-Clubs} flop landed on the felt.

Brito bet 8,100 and Simon check-called to see the {q-Spades} turn card where Simon took over, betting 8,100.

Brito elected to raise, pushing in a bet of 24,600 and Simons moved all in, totaling 77,835. Brito snap-called, tabling {k-Spades}{9-Hearts} for a flopped straight which was good for the lead but he needed to dodge some boat outs when Simon showed {q-Hearts}{7-Hearts}.

The {2-Hearts} bricked out the river and Brito pulled in the pot with his flopped straight, dropping Simon from the field.

Pardo check-raised to 9,000 and Naves called. The {j-Diamonds} turn brought out a 9,750 bet from Pardo and Naves called to see the {q-Hearts} river card.

Pardo threw in 65,000 and Naves snap-called his 29,510 into the pot. Pardo tabled {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} for a flopped set of sevens but they were not good enough to take down the pot when Naves showed {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}, giving him a higher set to scoop a complete double.

Pardo Finishes Off Filatov Who Bounces Back

Level 4 : 500/1,000, 125 ante

Anatoly "NL_Profit" Filatov made it 2,000 from under the gun and Peter "pitaoufmg" Patricio three-bet to 5,000 in middle position. The button saw Juan "Malaka$tyle" Pardo four-bet, making it 12,000 to go and Filatov jammed his 39,037 stack.

Patricio quickly jumped out and Pardo instantly called, putting the Russian on the chopping block as players turned over their hands.

Anatoly "NL_Profit" Filatov: {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}
Juan "Malaka$tyle" Pardo" {a-Spades}{k-Spades}

The {k-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{3-Hearts} flop was not what Filatov was looking for and a {5-Spades} turn sealed it for Pardo as Filatov was then drawing dead to the {j-Hearts} river.

Pardo pulled in the pot with his flopped king and Filatov jumped back, winning a pot shortly after doing so and he now has around 163,000.
