Level 13 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante
Joey Yoon
Joey Yoon

With play on the stone bubble, two players saw a flop of {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{4-Spades}. The first player bet 35,000 and was quickly raised all in by Joey Yoon who had him covered. He went deep into the tank and eventually folded, not willing to risk his tournament life in that moment. Yoon pulled in the pot as his opponent claimed to have folded ace-king, which drew skepticism from the table.

Teshone's Shove Gets Through Amidst Chatter

Level 13 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Josef Teshone was all in preflop and his opponent was deep in the tank making the decision. After a while clock was called on the player deciding. He however stated to the floor that Teshone had been talking too much as he was trying to decide, a few of the players at the table agreed that Teshone had been talking too much but that the player also had had more than enough time to decide on his action.

As clock was counted down the cards were folded and Teshone collected the pot and was warned by the floor to not talk at an opponent too much with a decision looming.

Xue Makes Call on River Facing Scary Board

Level 13 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

A dangerous looking board of {6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{2-Spades} was showing and Zhongyuan Xue was facing a river bet of 20,000 into a pot of about 55,000 from Frank Noussis.

Xue thought it over for a while. After over a minute he made the call. Noussis immediately frowned and clumsily tossed his {k-}{q-} onto the table for king high. Xue turned over the {6-Hearts}{6-Spades} for a set and took the good sized pot.
