Lackey Applies Pressure

Darren Elias opened to 25,000 from middle position and was called by David Lackey on the button as well as Matthew Su out of the small blind.

All three players checked through the flop to the turn at which point Su led out for 30,000. Elias released his holding while Lackey called to send action heads-up to the river.

The river paired the board but that did not slow down Su who pushed 85,000 into the middle, representing a significant portion of his remaining stack. Lackey thought for some time before moving all in, eliciting a quick fold from Su.
