Krause tabled 7♦6♥ for trip sevens, besting the 6♦6♣ of Scott.
Chad Ransom raised to 1,600 under the gun, Les Haagenson flatted in the cutoff, and the player in the small blind three-bet to 5,000. Ransom then four-bet to 12,000, prompting Haagenson to five-bet shove for 55,100. The small blind folded and Ransom thought for a moment before making the call with the covering stack.

Action picked up on the turn with a sizable pot brewing between Brad Olson in the cutoff and the player in the hijack. With the board reading 9♣K♥Q♦J♥, the hijack had moved the rest of his stack in to put himself at risk and Olson made the call.

The 6♥ rolled off on the river and Olson's higher straight sent his opponent packing.
