Croghan's Journey to Chip Leader Begins
Level 10
: Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Jake Croghan moved all in for 13,000 under the gun and Cordell Schroeder called in early position. Anthony Scarborough also called in the small blind.
"You're going to be chip leader after this," Schroeder said to Croghan as he and Scarborough checked down the A♠10♥K♠5♣J♠ board.
Schroeder showed A♣9♣, while Scarborough turned over 5♦5♠ for a set. Croghan, though, flipped over A♥Q♠ for a straight to triple up.
"I told you you're going to be chip leader," Schroeder added.
