A player in middle position was already all in as John Schroer and Jeffrey Bowen went to a flop of 4♥7♣6♣ with around 20,000 in the pot. Both players then checked to the 4♣ turn.
Schroer bet 5,000 from early position, and Bowen called under the gun. The river was the 3♣ and Bowen led out for 9,000. Schroer let out a laugh as he folded.
Bowen showed A♦Q♣ for a rivered flush, and the at-risk player tossed his cards into the muck and made his exit. "I didn't know you could call 5,000 drawing dead," Schroer said to Bowen.
"There was a lot out there," Bowen replied.
