button in SafariRunGood Poker Series Gateway Poker Classic Begins Today at 5 p.m.
The RunGood Poker Series heads to the Gateway to the West over the next few days as the Hollywood Casino & Hotel in St. Louis hosts the 2026 Gateway Poker Classic.
The first of four starting flights in the $800 Main Event begins today at 5 p.m. local time. Players begin with a 40,000 starting stack, and levels will be 30 minutes long on each Day 1 flight. The day will conclude once 12.5 percent of the field remains.
This event features a $200,000 guaranteed prize pool, and there is plenty of opportunity for players to jump in and take their shot at the RGPS championship ring. Late registration remains open for the first eight levels of each flight. All survivors from the four starting flights combine for Day 2 on Sunday, August 9, at noon, where levels will be extended to 40 minutes as they play down to a champion.

The last RGPS event held here at the Hollywood Casino in March saw Gabriel Attoun defeat a field of 647 entries to earn $83,141. RunGood ambassadors Chris Audrain, Player of the Year Craig Welko, and Nicholas Rigby all cashed, and Audrain and Welko are both expected to make an appearance here this week.
