Keith Heine and Jerry Knoche went heads-up to a flop of 8♠2♦4♠, the first of the level, in a limped pot between the blinds. Knoche then bet 200,000, Heine raised to 600,000, and Knoche folded.
A few hands later, Heine raised to 400,000 in the cutoff but folded to a shove for 2,000,000 from Ben Miller in the big blind.
