Berry Besting an Opponent Early

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

Will Berry just bet 3,300 on the river out of the cutoff on a board of {5-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} and got called by the player in the small blind. Berry showed jacks and his opponent mucked tens face-up.

Earlier, Berry said he got in a raising war with the same player with {a-}{a-} and managed to get away for cheap after {k-}{k-}{8-} flopped when his opponent held {k-}{k-}. Berry said he checked back the flop, bet the turn, and folded to a river bet, showing the aces.

Custer Convinces Bunch

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

Justin Custer reraised to 1,000 in in the big blind after someone opened and got a slew of callers, and five players saw a {2-Spades}{10-Spades}{3-Spades} flop. Custer fired small, just 1,400, and only Eric Bunch called. Custer bet 2,300 on the {k-Spades} turn and again got a call. He fired 5,600 on the {q-Spades} river, and Bunch finally let it go.

A Double for Bunch

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

We found Eric Bunch all in preflop with {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} against a player with {a-Clubs}{j-Hearts}. It didn't take long for Bunch to lock it up as the board rolled out {4-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{2-Spades}{j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}, giving him a boat. He collected 6,450 from his opponent.

Harris Fades Hearts to Bounce Spriggs and Harris

Level 12 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante
Eric Bunch
Eric Bunch

Four players saw a {7-Hearts}{6-Spades}{6-Hearts} flop with 6,500 already in the middle, and action checked to Eric Bunch, who bet 3,500. Rodney Spriggs immediately moved all in for 8,500, and Vic Harris was in the blind and put everyone all in. Bunch called off for 6,250 total.

"I'm probably behind," Harris said.

Spriggs revealed {9-Hearts}.

"Is that your big heart?" Bunch asked.

"Nope," Spriggs said. "I have a king."

"I'm in trouble then."

Bunch indeed had lower hearts with {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts} while Harris actually had the lead with {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}. The board ran out dead and Harris scored the double knockout.
