The GPI's Mid-Major Tournament Series of the Year, the Run Good Poker Series will start the final starting flight of the RGPS Kansas City Main Event at Harrah's Kansas City. Play begins at Noon.
The Main Event is a $575 buy-in with a $100,000 guarantee. Every player who makes the final table of the main event will earn a seat in the "Showbound" satellite, giving them a shot to play for one of two Poker After Dark seats.
The main event players will start with 20,000 chips and have 12 30-minute levels to find a bag for Day 2. This is the last of three starting flights. There are unlimited rebuys in each flight until the start of level nine.

He says that if he wins his way on to Poker After Dark, he would like to play against the worst players, he did not name anyone specifically.

He says he has a list of players he'd like to play against on Poker After Dark, but he couldn't think of one that he'd like to play against more than any others.

"That's all I've ever done," he said.
He says he plays a lot of poker and excitedly said, "Negreanu," when asked who he'd like to play against if he makes it onto Poker After Dark.
