Reginald "Shawn" Roberts Enters the Fray
HPT Legend Reginald "Shawn" Roberts has entered Flight C of the RGPS Main Event, and on his second bullet in Level 3. Reginald took down second place and $120,146 at the HPT Black Hawk Main Event earlier this month. But that's just the beginning of his $1.1M resumè.
Roberts is no stranger to the RGPS. The Ozark, Missouri native has a modest RGPS Main Event cash among his other accomplishments, from a 13th-place finish for $2,490 at Downstream last December. His first taste of a RunGood Poker Series was in April 2017 at the Harrah's North Kansas City, where he made it to Day 2 with 37,500 but fell short of the money.
Roberts is better known as a three-time HPT Main Event Champion, WPT Deepstacks champion, WSOPC ring holder, with dozens of final table appearances at major events. No doubt, a deep run is in the cards for this veteran of the felt.
