Chris Hight Eliminated in 11th Place ($3,679)

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Chris Hight
Chris Hight

Action folded around to Michael Sanders in the small blind and he went all in, effectively putting Chris Hight to a decision for the rest of his chips out of the big blind. Hight called and the two turned up their hands.

Chris Hight: {a-Spades}{7-Diamonds}
Michael Sanders: {q-Spades}{k-Clubs}

The flop came {8-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{9-Hearts}, giving Sanders a pair of queens and leaving Hight with two shots left at an ace to stay alive. The turn {4-Spades} cut that number of shots in half and the river {9-Diamonds} confirmed the end of his tournament, finding his way to 11th place after being down to two big blinds shortly after 18 remained.

Dennis Mann Eliminated in 12th Place ($3,679)

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Dennis Mann
Dennis Mann

Dennis Mann went all in for his last 220,000 or so from the hijack and saw Michael Sanders reraise all in from the button to isolate the rest of the players out of the pot.

Dennis Mann: {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Michael Sanders: {8-Spades}{8-Diamonds}

Mann found himself in a coin flip situation for his tournament life and needed to improve to remain in the tournament. He would not do so as the dealer brought a runout of {4-Spades}{10-Spades}{j-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}, leaving him dry on chips as the 12th place finisher.

Tim Gilliam Eliminated in 13th Place ($3,022)

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Tim Gilliam
Tim Gilliam

Mykel Comroe opened to 50,000 from the button and was three-bet to 170,000 by Tim Gilliam out of the big blind. Comroe came over the top for the rest of his chips and Gilliam called all in for less.

Tim Gilliam: {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts}
Mykel Comroe: {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}

Gilliam saw the light the flop {a-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{5-Spades}, hitting a three outer to put him out in front. Unfortunately for him, the turn {j-Spades} left him with two outs to stay alive. He would not hit as the river {q-Spades} put a dagger in his tournament life, sending him home in 13th place with a payday of $3,022.

Ruemenapp Doubles Through Jones

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

There was about 350,000 in the middle on a flop of {7-Spades}{10-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} in a heads-up pot between Dennis Jones in the small blind and Martin Ruemenapp, who was on the button. Jones threw out a bet of 400,000 and Ruemenapp called all in for less.

Dennis Jones: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
Martin Ruemenapp: {q-Clubs}{q-Spades}

The turn {4-Diamonds} and river {8-Diamonds} came in Ruemenapp's favor and he scored the double, bringing him north of seven figures at the expense of Jones, who now has just over a half-million in chips in front of him as Level 20 comes to a close.

Joey Taylor Eliminated in 14th Place ($3,022)

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Joey Taylor
Joey Taylor

Joey Taylor went all in for his last 30,000 from the cutoff and received a call from Michael Sanders, who was in the small blind. Chris Hight was in the big blind and reraised all in, isolating Sanders out of the pot for the two to head to the races.

Joey Taylor: {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}
Chris Hight: {5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}

Taylor was looking at the short end of the coin flip prior to the runout, which was of no help to him as it came {7-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{4-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{8-Spades}, leaving his hand second-best and resulting in him exiting the tournament area wishing the rest of the players good luck.

Ray Henson Eliminated in 15th Place ($3,022)

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Ray Henson
Ray Henson

Ray Henson was just seen sending his cards into the muck and getting up from his seat as stacks had just finished being counted between him and Kevin Koch. According to tablemate Mark Burford, Koch had limped in from under the gun and Burford limped in behind from middle position. Henson raised from the button and both Koch and Burford called.

The flop came {k-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{10-Spades} and all three players checked. Koch led out with a bet on the turn {6-Spades} and Burford folded. Henson called, bringing the river {q-Spades}. Koch then fired out a bet large enough to put Henson all in, which he called.

Burford tabled {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} for trip tens with the nut kicker, which led to Henson sending his cards to the muck as he made his way to the rail in 15th place.

Jerry Booth Eliminated in 16th Place ($2,519)

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Jerry Booth
Jerry Booth

Jerry Booth shoved all in from the cutoff for his last 113,000 and action folded to Demond Williams, who was in the big blind and asked for a count. The number was confirmed and he put in exact calling chips.

Jerry Booth: {k-Spades}{9-Hearts}
Demond Williams: {a-Hearts}{8-Hearts}

The board ran out {3-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{k-Hearts}, leaving Booth drawing dead on the turn as he got up from the table wishing his competitors a good game, laughing about hitting a worthless king on the river as he left the tournament area.
