"That River Save You Some Chips"
Clarence Eldridge raised to 600 under the gun only to bet met by a three-bet to 1,600 from Jason Street in middle position. Debra Boyce came along from the cutoff, the button and blinds all folded, and Eldridge called to make it three-way action to the flop.
Eldridge checked, Street bet 2,600, and Boyce got out of the way. Eldridge called and then checked for the second time on the turn. Street upped his bet to 6,100 and Eldridge thought for well over a minute before making the call.
Both players then checked the river and Street rolled over the for a flush. Eldridge mucked.
"That river saved you some chips," Street told Eldridge.
