Two More Flights for the RGPS Council Bluffs Main Event Saturday

There is still time to play an opening flight of the RunGood Poker Series Council Bluffs main event. The poker room at the Horseshoe Council Bluffs will be packed with cash games and two Day 1 flights of the $100,000 main event.

This is the first event of the All Stars season, so players are also competing for points and a casino championship. Currently Rachel Keele is in first place for the championship. Jim Devaney is tied in points, but has earned less money and is currently in second place.

The winner of the main event will also get an All Stars seat. The All Stars promotion is a partnership with PokerGO to play in an invite only tournament filmed in the PokerGO studio against some of the top players and personalities in the poker world — along with other RGPS qualifiers from other stops.

The main event today will play 12 30-minute levels in each of the two Day 1 flights. The players will start with 20,000 chips and reentry will be available until the start of level nine.

The first starting flight is at noon. The second is at 7 p.m.

All the updates and photos will be right here on PokerNews.com throughout the day.
