Troha Survives All-In

Level 18 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Sean Troha
Sean Troha

Sean Troha moved his last 136,000 chip in from middle position and was called by Daniel Murray in the hijack.

The rest of the table folded and Troha was at risk.

Sean Troha: {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}
Daniel Murray: {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}

The {10-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{4-Clubs} flop brought no help to Troha, but the {q-Spades} on the turn certainly did. The {7-Clubs} river changed nothing and Troha doubled up to just over 25 big blinds.

Adelstein, Lew Tell Contrasting Stories Regarding Controversial HCL Hand

Level 18 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Hustler Casino Live Hand
Hustler Casino Live Hand

Garrett Adelstein and Robbi Jade Lew have both issued public statements regarding what transpired following the infamous Thursday night hero call on Hustler Casino Live, and their accounts don't seem to match up.

Cliff's Notes version of what took place during what was supposed to be a stream focused on Phil Ivey: On a board of {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{3-Hearts}, Adelstein bet $10,000 with {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs} before Lew, holding {j-Clubs}{4-Hearts}, min-raised to $20,000 only for her opponent to move all in for $129,000 total. She tanked and inevitably called with jack-high, and then won both river run-outs to scoop the $269,000 pot.

Gugliotta Saved by the River

Level 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Joe Gugliotta
Joe Gugliotta

With over 100,000 in the pot on a turn board of {9-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{j-Spades}, Christopher Moon bet 100,000 from the big blind, then was raised to 200,000 by Joe Gugliotta in early position.

Moon then moved all in for a bit over 500,000 and was called.

Christopher Moon: {k-Clubs}{q-Hearts}
Joe Gugliotta: {q-Clubs}{j-Clubs}

Moon's straight had Gugliotta crushed, but he did have outs to chop. One of which came in on the river with the {k-Spades}, chopping the pot and saving Gugliotta from doubling up Moon.
