After nine hours of play, a total of 18 players from this flight will have their chance tomorrow at noon to play for the $292,520 in the prize pool and the RGPS main event ring.

Leading the way is Mark Homan who ended the day with 618,000 in chips. Homan found himself knocking out many players after registration closed including Benjamin Stuart and Ryan Phan. Homan has stiff competition in the form of his closest competitors in the flight. Daniel Pigago (469,000), Tyrell Lyle (462,000), and Bernard Lee (438,000) all bagged healthy amounts of chips. Each putting themselves in a position to take home their first RGPS ring, Pigago and Lee having come close before.

Other players who found their way to the bag of the final flight included Ha Nguyen (340,000), Daniel Hamm (247,000), Michael Briggs (91,000), and Blair Hinkle (70,000). Players who were not as fortunate included Taylor Howard, Brian Frenzel, Joseph Gatlin, and Cameron Carrea who went out just short of the bubble. The bubble player this flight, also happened to bubble Day 1c, both times holding ace-king. All of these players will have to look elsewhere to gain a RGPS main event ring.

Bernard Lee
Bernard Lee gained quite a bit of traction late in the night and ended with one of the biggest stacks.

74 players will return tomorrow at noon, with levels at 4,000/8,000 with an 8,000 big blind ante. Levels will last 30 minutes each, with a 15-minute break occurring after every three levels.
