Day 1 chip leader Dakotah O'Dell is having a bumpy start to the day, first losing a large pot to Brandon Hoerl, when he flopped top pair with 
and ran into Brandon Hoerl's 
after getting it all in on the flop.
Then in a smaller, more recent pot, O'Dell was in the small blind three-handed, when on a 
flop he called a 17,000 chip bet from Ryan Bevenue in the cutoff, as did Rodney Spriggs on the button.
The players checked through the 
turn and 
river, where Bevenue turned up 
for the winner with a pair of nines.
Despite the losses, O'Dell's stack is still one of the largest in the room.
