On a heads-up flop of 10♦8♥A♠, there was already around 400,000 in the middle when Wilson Chan led out for 100,000.

Yousef Salameh then set out to raise to 500,000, but the stack of chips he placed was a dirty stack and the bottom chip was actually a 5,000 chip instead of a red 100,000 chip like the rest.

The bet was then confirmed as 405,000 after a little confusion but it didn't seem to matter as Chan made the fold anyways.
