Cards are in the air and chips are flying as Day 2 of the RGPS Main Event is officially underway!
With 423 total entries, this Main Event generated a prize pool of $412,125 to smash the $200,000 guarantee with top prize of $83,990 and a min-cash of $1,819!
Short-stacked Aaron Drummond moved all in preflop and was called by Matthew Snook to put him at risk.
Aaron Drummond: J♥10♥
Matthew Snook: 9♦9♥
A jack appeared in the window but unfortunately, it was followed by a nine on the 10♠5♣9♣ flop to give Snook a big lead. The runout of A♥3♥ failed to save Drummond and he was eliminated as the pot was pushed over to Snook.

On a heads-up turn, the board read A♣10♦2♣K♣ and Jeffrey Cochran had just moved all in against Kris Burchfield who was in the tank.
"Ugh, this is such a gross spot, but I can't fold this," Burchfield sighed as he made the call.
Jeffrey Cochran: K♥J♣
Kris Burchfield: A♥A♠
Although Burchfield was in the lead with his set of aces, Cochran could still hit a queen or club to stay alive, but the river was the J♣ and he was sent to the payout desk.
"I'm sorry, I know that looked like a nit slow-roll, but that was really a spot I did not like," Burchfield explained as he scooped in the pot.
