After calling a turn bet of 2,000, Kris Burchfield led out for 8,500 when the river completed the board of J♦6♣8♦8♣7♥ and the action was then on Andre Allen.

"Man, I really don't think you have an eight," Allen told him after some thought and decided to make the call.

"Straight," Burchfield announced as he turned over 9♦5♣ for a rivered gutterball straight to beat Allen's jack-ten.

McEwen and Andre Chop up Carroll

After the flop of K♦9♥7♣, Preston McEwen, Zachary Carroll, and Andre Allen all went to a turn 10♠.

McEwen then led out for 7,500 but was then immediately raised to 25,000 by Carroll to his left, followed by an all-in by Allen for less.

McEwen then made the call, leaving himself with only 6,000 behind, and they went to a river 2♦. McEwen then checked and Carroll quickly checked back. McEwen then tabled K♠10♣ while Allen also tabled K♣10♦ for the same hand of two-pair while Carroll hastily mucked.

Jones Calls the River

After a couple of limpers, Jesse Jones opened to 13,000 and only one player made the call to see the flop of 3♥Q♠2♥.

Jones then down-bet to 8,000 which his opponent quickly called to see the J♥ on the turn. Both players decided to check and see a free river card which appeared in the form of 5♠.

His opponent then fired out for 18,000 and Jones went into the tank. After a few seconds, he decided to make the call and was shown A♥K♣ for just ace-high. He then tabled 7♦5♣ for a pair of fives on the river to take down the substantial pot.
