Angotti Bursts Bubble, Players Bag

Down to his last chips, Jimmy Angotti moved all in for 17,000 and then Robert Logan gave him protection by shoving over the top for around 180,000. The rest of the table quickly got out of the way and the cards were tabled.

Angotti would need some help to stay alive, but the runout of 5♣4♦9♦7♦4♠ did not do it for him and he was sent to the exit on the stone bubble.

With his elimination, play has stopped as the remaining 29 players have begun the bagging process to return tomorrow at noon for Day 2.

Commons Holds; Kozarewicz Exits

On a multi-way flop of 5♠6♣A♥, a player had led out for 13,000 and Brittany Kozarewicz had made the call but then Jeremy Commons moved all in for 120,000.

The original raiser quickly got out of the way but Brittany Kozarewicz was in the tank.

"Ugh... I don't know guys, this is a tough one," she said as she pondered over her cards.

After a few more moments, she decided to make the call, putting herself at risk as Commons had her barely covered.

Commons was well ahead with his set of fives, but still needed to fade Kozarewicz's open-ended straight draw.

The turn 2♣ gave her even more outs as she picked up a flush draw, but the river bricked out with the 10♥ to award Commons the pot while Kozarewicz made her way to the exit.

After an open to 18,000, Brian Winter three-bet to 90,000 and then Dylan Lemery shoved for around 180,000 total.

The action folded back around to Winter who quickly made the call to put Lemery at risk.

Lemery would need a lot of help to stay alive, and the flop of 10♦7♦4♠ provided a glimmer of hope as he held the king of diamonds, but that was short-lived as the turn came the Q♣. He was then drawing only to a king but the river 9♣ failed to provide and he was eliminated close to the bubble while Winter raked in the huge pot to put him at the top of the counts.
