Azam Has an Ace
Level 4
: Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
On a heads-up completed board of 5♣5♥A♣4♣4♦, there was close to 11,000 in the middle when Allen Moheimani bet 4,000 and the action was on his opponent, Rafi Azam.
Azam thought about it only for a few seconds before he tossed in a chip to call.
"I'm just playing the board," Moheimani admitted as he turned over 6♥8♥, but that was no good once Azam tabled A♠10♦ for aces and fives to take down the substantial pot.
