Action was heads up with a full board of 7♣2♥J♠J♥8♦ when Johnnie Frost shoved 67,000 and Cody Stanford went into the tank. After a few moments of thought, Stanford got away from it and gave up the pot. The lost pot slows down what has been an otherwise terrific afternoon for Stanford.
A few moments later, Jaymie Virtusio raised to 6,500 on a flop of 9♣7♣Q♦ and Jack Keller III shoved for 35,500 from the next seat over. Frost called and Virtusio shook her head while she tossed her hand in the muck. Action was heads up with the defending RGPS Tunica champion at risk.
