Jacobs Takes From Cooner; Grinder has "RunBad"

Jason Rogers raised to 9,000 from under the gun and Rose Cooner called from the big blind. The flop was Q♣4♥Q♥ and Cooner check-folded when Rogers bet 10,000. Rogers showed the Q♦ and took the pot.
Meanwhile, Kevin Grinder and John Carothers clashed on a nearby table. The action was heads up with 7♣3♣K♠ on the board and a big pot growing in the middle. Carothers got it in for what looked like his remaining 55,000 and Grinder called.

The board finished up J♣6♥ and Carothers held on with his set of threes to leave Grinder with less than the starting stack.
"They should call this RunBad," Grinder said. "That's the third time I've lost with aces this week."
