Overholt Turns Broadway

Tyler Boyer

Level 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Dan Overholt opened the action with a raise to 3,500 from under the gun, and was called by Eric Glover in middle position, and the player in the big blind.

The flop came Q♣A♥10♣ and it checked to Glover who bet out 7,000. The big blind folded, while Overholt made the call.

Both players checked after the J♥ on the turn, and Q♦ on the river. Overholt then turned over K♠10♦ for a Broadway straight, to take the pot as Glover quickly mucked his cards.
