Dunlevy Finishes Off Furey
Level 3
: Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Charles Furey had doubled up his short stack once before he and Russ Dunlevy saw the turn on a board of J♦7♠A♠Q♦. Dunlevy then bet 6,000 from the big blind and Furey moved all in for 15,000 in the cutoff.
"I have ace-jack," Dunlevy said as he reluctantly tossed his chips in the middle.
"Ace-jack is good," Furey replied, showing K♦9♦ for straight and flush draws. Dunlevy had A♣J♠ and held on through the 6♠ river to send Furey to the rail.
"That felt like a slow roll. I apologize," Dunlevy told him.
