Dunlevy Can't Shake Furey

Russ Dunlevy raised to 17,000 in early position and Charles Furey called in the cutoff.

The flop came Q♣9♣7♦ and Dunlevy bet 15,000. Furey called to the 6♥ turn, where Dunlevy bet another 20,000. Furey again called.

The J♥ fell on the river and Dunlevy took a minute before slowing down and checking. Furey quickly checked back.

"I have a pair," Dunlevy said, showing 8♣8♥, but Furey had Q♥10♥ for a pair of queens to take the pot.

"Really tough to get that through," Dunlevy added.
