Izadi Doubles Off Phillips, Furey Folds the Winner

Andrew Phillips raised to 7,000 in middle position and Hamid Izadi called in the cutoff. Charles Furey then three-bet to 21,000 on the button, and both opponents called.

The flop came J106 and Furey bet 33,000. Phillips then moved all in for 130,000, Izadi called for 50,000, and Furey got out of the way.

Kates Jams on Mullins; Phillips Lays Down Nines to Richer

Zach Kates raised to 6,000 in the hijack before Matt Mullins three-bet to 18,000 in the cutoff. Kates came back with an all-in shove, and Mullins, with around 90,000, remaining, quickly folded.

At the other table, Andrew Phillips had opened to 7,500 under the gun and Michael Richer moved all in for 85,500. Phillips tossed 99 into the muck, and Richer took down the pot.

Putinas Earns Four-Way All In With Queens

Alvin Anton moved all in for his short stack on the button. Gintautas Putinas also shoved from the small blind, an under-the-gun player put in his last chips, and Bob Fikac in the big blind had all three opponents covered and at risk.

Phillips Snaps Off Purohit to Double

In a blind versus blind battle, Andrew Phillips bet 10,000 from the big blind on a flop of QK8 before Dinesh Purohit raised to 31,000. Phillips called and the 6 fell on the turn.

Purohit then moved all in and Phillips snap-called for 83,000, turning over K6 for two pair. Purohit didn't even wait to see the river before throwing his cards into the muck face down, and Phillips secured the double up once the 9 completed the board on the river.

Furey Pushes Out Phillips

Around 30,000 was in the middle as Charles Furey and Andrew Phillips went heads-up to the Q75 flop. Furey then bet 18,500 from the button, Phillips raised to 55,000 in early position, and Furey called.

Phillips slowed down and checked the 5 turn, and Furey bet 59,000. Phillips took several minutes to ponder the decision but eventually folded, and Furey took down the pot to add to his massive stack.
