The RunGood Poker Series has arrived at a new destination, as the RGPS Grand Prix season makes its next stop at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course.

The inaugural series continues today with the $800 Main Event, featuring a guaranteed prize pool of $50,000. Action begins at 5:00 p.m. local time, with Day 1a representing the first of three opening flights this weekend.

Players in this week’s $800 Main Event will sit down with 30,000 chips, starting with blinds of 100/200 along with a 200 big blind ante.

The first eight levels of each opening flight will be 30 minutes long, increasing to 40 minutes after late registration closes at the start of Level 9. The schedule includes 15-minute breaks after every two hours of play.

The tournament features unlimited reentry throughout all Day 1 flights, and play continues until just 12.5 percent of each field remains. Day 2 will then start at the earliest blind level of the three flights on Sunday, September 21, where the event will play down to a winner.
