Claunch Picks Off the Bluff

Action went six-ways to a monotone flop of 10♠A♠9♠ in a limped pot, where everyone checked to the K♦ turn.

The small blind led out with a bet of 1,500 and was called by the player in early position and Gerald Claunch in middle position.

On the 8♦ river, the small blind bet again, this time for 3,300. Claunch thought for a brief moment before flicking in the call.

"You win," said the small blind, as he instantly tossed his cards into the muck, resulting in the pot being pushed Claunch's way.

Broadway Gets Paid on the River

Action picked up on the river with a sizable pot building in a hand between Kevin Broadway on the button and the player in early position.

With a little over 16,000 in the middle, early position checked and Broadway fired out a bet of 20,000. Early position took some time to think through his decision before eventually making the call, tabling A♣Q♠ for top pair, top kicker.

Broadway turned over J♥10♥ for the nut straight and the pot was pushed his way.

Dream Flop for Coker

Caleb Coker found himself in the dream spot when he was involved in a three-way all in on a flop of 5♦A♥2♠.

With about 7,500 already in the middle, Coker was on the button and got it all in for 32,800 against the player in the big blind who had him covered and the under-the-gun player who had 11,800 behind.

The turn landed the 2♣, improving Coker to a full house, fives full of deuces and the 2♦ fell on the river to secure him the sizable pot.

The flop came Q♥10♥K♣, Young checked, and the cutoff checked behind.

The J♦ turn brought four cards to a straight on the board and both players checked again.

On the 4♠ river, action went check-check once more and Young tabled K♥K♦ for a set of kings, besting the two pair of his opponent who had Q♣J♠.

The player in the hijack limped, the player in the cutoff limped behind, Cliff Mills completed in the small blind and the player in the big blind checked his option.

The flop of 10♠J♦2♠ checked through to the 4♣ turn where Mills led out with a bet of 600. The big blind folded, and the cutoff and hijack called.

On the J♣ river, Mills bet again, this time for 1,000 and both of his opponents tossed their cards into the muck.
