The penultimate stop of the 2024/2025 RunGood season takes us the Graton Resort and Casino here in Rohnert Park, California. After over a week of action and 18 ring events, the flagship event is here. The 2025 RGPS Mission RunGood Bay Area $800 Main Event kicks off at 11 a.m. today, boasting a $300,000 guarantee.

Last time around in May of 2024, it was San Francisco's Jonathan Wang who took home the title along with $85,780 in first-place prize money after defeating a field of 773 runners.

Players will begin the tournament with 30,000 in tournament chips, with blinds beginning at 100/200 with a 200 big blind ante. Each level will last 30 minutes, with a 15-minute break between every four levels. Registration will remain open until the beginning of the ninth level, and play will continue until 12.5% percent of the field remains, after which the players will bag up and return on Monday, May 12, each guaranteed at least a minimum cash.

Players who do not find a bag on the first flight, will be able to fire the second flight of the day which begins at 5 p.m. There will also be two more flights that will begin on Saturday, May 10, at 11 a.m. and at 5 p.m. A final Day 1 will also be held on Sunday, May 11 at 11 a.m., before the Day 2 restart on Monday. There will be a break in coverage at the conclusion of the first flight, with coverage resuming later in the night on the second flight.
