Welcome to Day 1a of the $800 Main Event here at the 2025 RGPS Mission RunGood Council Bluffs, which kicks off at 6 p.m. local time. A total of 12 ring events have been scheduled in this week's action at Horseshoe Council Bluffs, but everyone has their sights set on this prestigious main event with a guaranteed prize pool of $100,000.

Last time around in November of 2024, a field of 403 runners created a prize pool of $282,100. Once the dust settled, it was Iowa's Abbas Pasha who took home the title along with $58,735 in prize money after defeating Julie Cornelius in an exciting heads-up battle, highlighted by a superb hero-call from Pasha for almost all the chips.
