Eric Douglas jammed for 35,000 from the hijack and was called by William Willis in the big blind,
Eric Douglas: K♠J♦
William Willis: K♣Q♥
The board ran out 5♥3♣2♣8♣5♦ which was no help to Douglas as he hit the rail on the bubble.
With 15 players remaining in Day 1c and 14 advancing to Day 2, play will continue hand-for-hand at two tables until another player is eliminated.
Nick Barksdale opened the hijack to 22,000 and Mo Nuwwarah called in the cutoff.
The J♣7♣5♥ flop checked through to the 10♦ turn which saw Barksdale lead for 31,000. Nuwwarah responded with a raise to 85,000. Barksdale weighed his options for a moment before he elected to call.
On the 4♦ river, Barksdale paused as he put together a bet of 119,000 and slid it into the middle, prompting a quick fold from Nuwwarah. Barksdale tabled K♥9♣ as he dragged the pot.
Mark Treinen opened to 19,000 from under the gun before Mo Nuwwarah jammed from the hijack covering the table. Treinen quickly called all-in for his remaining 154,000.
Mark Treinen: 9♥9♣
Mo Nuwwarah: A♣Q♠
It was a coinflip scenario as Treinen stayed ahead on the J♠J♣2♦ flop and nothing changed on the 8♣J♥ runout as he secured the full double.
The remaining 16 players are going on a 10-minute break, and 14 will bag for Day 2.
Play resumes in Level 15 with blinds at 4,000/8,000/8,000.
Level 14: Blinds 3,000/6,000
A player opened to 14,000 from middle position and Dalton Jones defended his big blind.
Jones check-called a 14,000 bet on the 9♥8♠2♠ flop.
The opponent fired again for 27,000 on the turn before Jones check-raised to 85,000 which was called.
On the 2♥ river, Jones slid forward a bet of 125,000 which sent his opponent deep into the tank. After almost two minutes he shrugged and tossed in the call.
Dalton Jones: 8♥8♦
Middle Position: 4♠4♣
It was a brutal cooler with both players making full houses on the river and Dalton was unfortunate not to get his opponents entire stack.
