On a table with two big stacks, Marinkuroki was all-in with a shorter stack and up 9♦9♣ and 10♣10♠. He had pocket aces and tripled back in contention, while kumajiro and JBJ behind hold massive stacks.
GyanChuuu first sent an opponent to the rail when his K♣K♦ for an overpair from under the gun held against Q♣9♣, the latter of which had the highest pair on a nine-high turn only to fall short on the river.
Shortly after, the button moved all-in with A♣6♣ and GyanChuuu called in the big blind with the 7♥7♠. The 4♣3♥2♦4♦Q♣ runout provided no help once more and GyanChuuu raked in the next pot. Moments later, yet another table broke as the field was whittled down further.
From under the gun, YAGI_label raised to 5,000 and earned one caller. The button then pushed all-in for 33,500 and YAGI_label flat-called, the third player in the hand reluctantly folded.
Button: A♦Q♣
YAGI_label: A♥K♥
The kicker played on the 7♠7♥3♠J♥4♣ runout to send the pot to YAGI_label. Chip leader at the table is Ryuichiro, ahead of Hinako.
Several female players are still in contention and one of them is samuchan, who earned a double out of the blinds. With her A♥6♠, she flopped trips and her opponent paid it off eventually on the 7♠6♣6♦J♠9♠ board to get shown the bad news with the J♣9♣.
With only 24,000 in the middle to the 10♠8♥5♣8♠A♣ river, pokermax earned a double for nearly 90,000 with J♣8♣ for turned trips as his opponent couldn't get away from A♠10♣ for aces and tens. With the field size updated to only 88 players remaining all of a sudden, pokermax leaped back well above the average.
erihy was spotted with a raise to 15,000 out in front and she then called a shove for around 50,000 to flip over her K♠K♣. That had her opponent out-pipped with the J♠J♣ and the K♥10♥5♠ flop all but locked up the elimination, which was made official with the 5♦ turn and 8♣ river.
