Sipe Shoves the River
Level 8
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Action was picked up on the turn with around 30,000 in the middle in a hand between an early position player and Timothy Sipe from middle position.
With the board reading 10♥3♦2♠3♥, the action checked to Sipe who bet 17,000, and his opponent quickly put in the call.
On the 8♠ river, Sipe emptied the clip as he jammed for 34,000. His opponent, who had 1,000 more, went deep in the tank for well over a minute before he conceded the pot to Sipe without showdown.
